Most messengers come with the option of Logout button. A user simply has to hit that logout button for signing out. Unfortunately, in KIK there is no specific button for signing out.
Honestly, signing out is essential for keeping the data private. Sometimes, you are not with your phone, so you can leave KIK logged in. Don’t worry, there is a method to logout of KIK. It is a bit unusual, but still does the purpose.
Well, this is the downside of KIK on computer that we don’t have a separate button for signing out. We need to take alternate ways for logging out.
Here in this post, I will show you how to logout of KIK application easily. Trust me, the methods I am going to explain are absolutely legitimate!

So without any further delay, let’s roll tomain section. Here are the essential steps to log out of KIK easily:
· First of all, open up the KIK application.
· On the rightside of the screen, there is a Settings button looks like a gear.
· Click on “Settings”. Here we need to reset the KIK for logging out.
· Click on “Account”. Here the list of options will pop up.
· At the bottom, there is a button to reset the application.
· Once you click on the reset button, KIK will get reset.
· By resetting means, you automatically get logged out of KIK!
There is one concern associated with this method. This will remove your KIK history. It means all of your chats will be deleted. But don’t worry, only data will be deleted not account. Now when you need to use KIK, simply loginusing username and password.
There is one more method to sign out of KIK. In this method, you need to delete the application from your smart phone. I have written methods for both iPhone and Android device.
· If you own iPhone. Then simply tap and hold on the KIK application till “x” will appear on the top left corner. Click on “x” to remove the KIK from iPhone. Once the application is removed, it means you have logged out from KIK.
· In case of Android, go to the settings. From settings, choose Apps and then Application manager. Here find KIK and click on it. Now tap on the uninstall button to remove the application from mobile.
For future use, simply visit Play Store or Apple Store for downloading KIK on Android or iPhone.
